Andrea & Mark

Dec 13

Andrea and Mark, I’ve definitely walked away from this match made in heaven with one thought “Things don’t happen by chance”

Andrea & Mark met in school at the tender age of 12, they both had a crush on each other, but guess what, being the kids that they were they never displayed their affection.

After high school they both went their separate ways, Mark moved out of town which caused that they haven’t seen each other for eight years before something magical happened……..

On Fat Tuesday 2006, Andrea stepped out of a restroom bumped into guess who? Yes, you’ve guessed right, Mark , whom each shared a mutual enfatution with each other since 7th grade. They’ve exchanged numbers and had a few conversations with each other before finally going out on a first date in August.

There were allot to catch up on, Mark had been engaged but that didn’t work out, Andrea was divorced with two kids.

Andrea’s comments on the first date were:

“We were accepting of each other’s pasts and both knew we wanted to see what would become of us….We pretty much spent everyday after that together and became best friends. My children, Kylie and Grayson quickly fell in love with Mark too. We dated for a year and a half and then Mark proposed in January 2008. We both decided long ago that a beach wedding would be perfect for us, so we found the perfect place in Aruba. It was there, that Mark, Andrea, Kylie & Grayson officially became a family.”

This was all coordinated by the notorious Nashette Wouters of the Bucuti Beach Resort Aruba.

Mark and Andrea, I’m sure you’ve both learned that this was a mtch made in heaven, it was always meant to be.

All the best in this life ahead of you!

Congratulations America!

If I’ve had a preffered candidate or not that is not important as both candidates had points that I disagreed with. Besides, I thought that I really had no choice as whomever is elected president will not affect me but after really looking into it I realize “Yes, it does have an affect on me” as a matter of fact it has an affect on the world. If the decision affects my clients and future clients means the decision affects me.

You might not agree with the elected president but at this moment there is not much you can do, he’s elected. If you really have your country at heart you embrace him and work together to get your America back on track.

After learning of the results I must add that America has come a long way. It was just a couple years ago that Blacks had no voice in America and today America has a black president. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s speech came to life after the results were mentioned. Blacks were celebrating with Whites like never before. The walls have tumbled, we can finally see eachother as people and not as a skin color.

Congratulations America!

This is one of Senator Barak Obama’s Speech that will really go down in history with the likes of Dr. Martin Luther King.

Things just got a bit crazy around here for the last couple of weeks. I would however like to thank you my faithful fans for stopping by every so often.

I was going over my hit count for the month of October and I can see that the hits are on a steady rise eventhough I have had just a few entries for the month of October. Keep coming back as I have a few weddings to display still and a whole lot of info for the up coming year 2009.

Can you find true love through a dating service?  “Yes!” say Kristi Kimberley and Bill Gedfrey who met in March of 2007.  The couple met for dinner after being matched by the dating service It’s Just Lunch.  Bill planned the couples’ first vacation to Aruba in June of 2007.  “We could not believe how beautifull the island was…the water, the beaches, the people.  We did not think twice when we decided to get married to have it take place in Aruba.”

Event planner, Kaleigh Wesson of Fort Worth, Texas, made all the wedding arrangements for the sunset ceremony held on the beach at the Radisson Aruba Resort and Casino on September 13, 2008.  Bryan Morris photographed the couple all over the beautiful grounds of the Radisson Aruba Resort and Kaleigh custom made all the florals.  After the wedding, Bill and Kristi had a candle light dinner on the beach under a full moon.  “Our wedding was amazing…I could not have dreamed it any more perfect” says Kristi and Bill in unison.

The couple have four children; Megan 19, Katelin 17, Preston 14, and Grayson 8.  On October 25th, with family and friends to help celebrate, Bill and Kristi will host a dinner reception at their home in Colleyville, Texas.

I took this image at a local hotel. The trick to not have the bars in your picture is to put the lens right up to the bars. Enjoy.

The Last Day Of Summer Vacation

Sep 15

This post is long overdue, the busy schedule that I have contributed to this. However better late than never.

The first day of school was on August 18th, 2008. The kids always requested to go to the Atlantis Submarines, so I told them on the last day of the summer vacation that I had a special treat for them.
They kept asking me where we were going and my repetitive response was “Crazy”

So when we pulled up at Atlantis Submarines they were all excited. Here are a few images of the big day.

This is the Submarine on surface with a surface officer on deck.

Mariela making the opening speech to the Adventure

This is the Co Pilot on the submarine, I just can’t remember his name.

Oscar Perez, a long time colleague of mine.

Ishaq anxiously enjoying the ride to the submarine.

Shaydee is still trying to figure out if she wants to do this or not, in the end it all worked out fine. She had a blast.

Naeem showing all teeth….

After the submarine I was not in the mood to cook so I told them we would eat out for lunch. Yep, Champions Sports Bar.

Shaydee entertaining herself while the food is on it’s way.

Ishaq attentively coloring away. This is something Ishaq detested 2 years ago.

Naeem making sure he takes his time and that he stays within the line.

Mini burgers from the kids menu. This was not a challenge for any of the kids. They went through like a hurricane.

This was my BLT Chicken Wrap. This was great.

A genral recap of the day:

Atlantis Submarines is awesome like always, especially if you’re not a diver and have kids they will enjoy it tremendously. Going down to 130 ft is a thrill on it’s own and the marine life is awesome.

Champions Sports Bar is great, you have screens all sizes with all sports so in general a great hangout for all ages.

Bryan Morris
